「The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.」

「The site was beautiful and very clean. The price was also very nice. Only encountered one person while there and she was very friendly. Only negative I have is there is no one onsite 24/7 so when a fight broke out at 4am and again at 5 and 6 there was no one to call even thou they leave after hours extension. No one answered it the 3 times i called. Even left a message and no return call. Would have called 911 but there would be no one to let the police in the building .The fight was very...
