「Great stay overall. The hotel, rooms, carpet etc could use an update. Feels dated and room smelled stale. Great breakfast and location overall.」

「It was nice in the lobby but the rooms need a little updating, The bathroom for sure. The bed was alright but it felt like the sheets where starched just real stiff and rough feeling 」

「The room was clean with contemporary decor. The mattress felt like a hide a bed mattress covered in sheets similar to sandpaper. The heater is loud so if you want a good night’s sleep, good luck!」

「Large gap around the entry door to the room. Brightly lit hall lights shining through the gap. Could hear staff and guests as if they were in the room with us at any hour. Everything else was fine, good, or as expected for this type of room 」

「The staff was always cleaning something. Breakfast was good. Had something for everyone. We felt very safe at all times.」

「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「Loved this place! Staff at front desk and bar were super friendly and put us all in a good mood when we arrived from a long drive. Really vibey & unique place and would def come here again! The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. 」

「It’s always beautiful ! We love staying in this place. Verbena is delicious and I love the market. The rooms are huge, so noises do reverberate, the bathrooms are giant also. The water pressure coming out of the shower head in our room wasn’t the best, but it’s all beautiful to look at. It would be helpful if there was a fan in the bathroom for noise (for the people who cannot sleep in dead silence) and to help with the steam. We will always be back for special occasions. 」
