"The staff was polite and the room was clean. But it was very stinky, I mean, it smells like sewage. Couldn’t figure it out cuz it Looked clean. Terrible smell. Other than that, it was good. "

"Stayed 3 nights for diving trip. Not fancy but simple and good for people like me. Check in and check out are all on screen and very easy. I was taking bath and I couldn’t hear the housekeeper was knocking. He entered and probably saw me naked. He apologized and left. It was my fault not locking the door but the bathroom door is clear glass and it’s visible from entrance. Just fyi. "

"This resort is beautiful, the rooms are very big and comfortable, all the staff is very friendly, the breakfast at the buffet is really good. There are not many other restaurants or dining options around, there are no convinience stores or anything around. The beach is beautiful you just have to wear water shoes theres a lot of corals, i want to go back in the summer and enjoy the beach. "

Amazing, luxurious hotel

"Amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. Excellent service from the staff - shoutout to Watabe on the reception desk who even helped us book our ferry to Zamami island. Enjoyed lunch, breakfast and a massage here for a reasonable price. Location was perfect, being less than a two minute walk from Kokusai Dori street and a ten minute drive from Naha airport. Lovely, spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Would definitely stay again!!"
