"飯店很環保沒有給拖鞋和備品，都需要自行準備。瓶裝水2瓶，一瓶一般水一瓶氣泡水，只有第一晚check in時才會給，若要多喝水的話，琉森的水可以直接裝來喝，有附熱水瓶將水燒開。早餐每天的食材都相同，完全沒有任何變化。地點位於琉森火車站附近，會經過麥當勞、星巴克，附近也有很多餐廳或者麵包店，如果對於飲食變化有需求，不一定要加購早餐。用早餐的地方竟然有分成兩個，不知道是不是差別待遇的關係，但我依然有看到外國人和我們在同個地方用餐。枕套被子不親膚有點粗糙，乾淨度有待加強，我在第一天入住時臉便起了疹子，如果容易過敏的人需要考慮後再入住。有空調，浴室很小，服務人員態度很親切。如果在意地點，那這間會是方便不錯的選擇。大致上還算ok。"

"The hotel is clean, comfortable. There are connecting rooms which is convenient for family trip and the price is relatively fair. Most importantly, there are many hiking routes nearby."

"Disgusting hotel!!! There were 5 sizable spiders hanging in the ceiling on top of the beds which I won’t expect in a city hotel! More to come throughout the night which we can’t sleep at all! The trash in the hotel hasn’t been cleared and with the rubbish from the precious guests! The lamps is broken. No lift to my room as it is in the roof top. The staff is very rude! I suppose to stay 3 nights with fully paid and non-refundable but we still decided to move to another one as it is not acceptable to stay there!!!"
