「Property was super new, but the instructions in the emails were pretty confusing. They initially sent me to the wrong room. 」

「It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.」

「房間裡簡易廚房配備齊全，樓上也有開放式廚房，一切都非常美好。靠近電車站，班次密集，到附近城市景點遊湖，當天來回很方便，有機會還會優先選擇這個住宿地點。」

「The worst part was the hygiene. As soon as we entered the room, there were 3-5 flying ants in the shower. There were other people's hair in the toilet and on the bed. Every day, we found new flying ants in the shower. The staff gave us the wrong key. We couldn't open the door when we got back around 9 PM, and the office closes at 6 PM. Luckily, we had a SIM card to contact the staff. Someone came to give us the correct key after 15 minutes, but it would be tough for travelers without a Swiss...
