「Not enough parking space」

「The room was nice, but the white towels had stains, no one came to change it out during our stay, they didn’t have wash clothes it was hand towels. Also the other people that stayed there kept the common area messy! My vehicle got towed for parking on the street, and yet the next morning I got up early and saw two other vehicles parked out on the street and neither of them got towed. And there was one vehicle parked in the driveway perpendicular blocking the driveway which is why I couldn’t park...

「Room cleaning service was not provided until a reminder during the 4 day stay for 3 of our friends families. A note was put on 2nd day and 3rd day saying that room service can not be provided for that day in each of our rooms. However, when checked with front desk, they say that they are not aware of such notes which is not a valid answer. Upon couple of reminders, service was provided on the 4th day. 「The Villa was great. Clean and very spacious. There was an issue with my reservation but they took care of it quickly and had me a villa within 15 minutes. Make sure you call them to verify your booking before you go. The hub that does the booking for them is in Daytona. It was quiet until people outside the Villa property decided at 11pm-3am to shoot off fireworks. That was a 1 night event. The villa was clean and the showers were all great walk-ins. I will definitely stay here again but not...

「Everything from the house to the property was amazing!!! the only downside is entering the property. cars were backed up for at least half a mile and it took a long time to get in every time we returned from an outing. My husband had an argument with the security guard because his pass was not scanning so he was told he could not come in. They really need to come up with a better check in system.」
