「Nice, clean newer hotel at The Highlands. My only gripes were no USB charger outlets anywhere in the room, and the heater sounded like a thunderstorm (lots of howling wind and rain pelting the windows).」

「Tons of space in the room with a full kitchen! Affordable and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and they even served fresh baked cookies mid day!」

「The only option available to book was the part of the lodge that was not updated. We asked for an upgrade at checkin but they were not able to accomodate. Instead the front desk staff provided free breakfast for our stay which was very generous. Loved my spa booking and the staff in the spa. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We got the same server, Willi, at both breakfasts. He was so nice and made it a pleasure. Everything needed was onsite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! 」

「I found it to be clean and comfy. Beds were great. Linens appeared fresh. Only two downfalls were the phone didn’t work in my room so I couldn’t get a wake up call and the lighting on the main road into the hotel is non existent. Hard to see even pulling in. Not the fault of the hotel, just watch entering and leaving on the main road! Otherwise great stay. Friendly people. 」

「We stay here at least once a year for pucks and pups night at wesbanco arena. We bring our dog and the staff is always so kind!!!!」
