「It is close to the airport and it provides free shuttle bus service. But the hotel is very old and it is noisy that you can hear the voice from the next room.」

「This hotel probably had the best breakfast options of the 3 hotels we stayed at this trip. They were doing some renovations but that did not really affect our stay at all. The pool area looked nice and for being close to the airport there was no airplane noise.」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「The hotel and all its staff at the Benson are great. The food atits restaurant, The Common Good, is akao good, even though vegetarian options for lunch/dinner are limited. This is the perfect place to stay in connection with a visit to Anschutz Medical Center. 」
