「在歐洲來回好幾次了，也常居過，第一次遇到飯店強制在9pm後要一個小時付10鎊的費用，也就是如果12點才到飯店，那就要付給他們30鎊，所以我直接要求給我密碼，不需要什麼歡迎入住的儀式。 進去房間後，打掃很糟，很多地方都有灰塵，廚房用具也很髒，人員也很無禮跟粗魯，打掃又懶惰，期待你用的乾淨讓他們可以隨意清理就好，否則態度就很差，甚至還會被說教。 老實說，不想做就別做，但還說教也太惡劣。 所以這間飯店就是你要額外給錢才會有好的服務，真是糟糕又丟臉。 另外，如果不喜歡party後吵雜的環境，請不要考慮這，位置是同志村，如果怕吵或想好好休息的人，住這裡只會一肚子氣。 總之，服務人員是個對華人態度很惡劣的人，不過如果你多付錢，也許就不一樣了。 完全不推薦這裡，即使地點離市區不遠。」

「Conveniently located at a quiet corner of Leeds centre. Very comfortable」

「Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. 」

「From start to finish the owners communication was excellent and quick responses. They were very considerate with it being Christmas time and allowed us to enter the property earlier than the usual check in time. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need. Being winter I put the heating on when I arrived and was easy to use and warmed the whole apartment up in no time. We’ll definitely use these again. Thank you!」
