The design of the hotel was good, the Yorkshire twist was a nice addition. The room was well laid out. Would have liked some fresh air though. The large walk in showers are always a win for me. Free tea and coffee in he lobby is a good perk, but the bottles of flavour syrup were empty for our whole stay. Breakfast was nice and the server was very helpful.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Booked based on price and convenience for an open day visit with my son the Leeds University, the hotel was modern, clean, comfortable and provided a perfect location. The neighbouring curry restaurant was very tasty and good value, and all the hotel staff very friendly. I will definitely stay here again if my son chooses Leeds University and I’m up to visit. Great value.

The hotel is in a very central location, where you can walk to everything. Staff at check in/out were very pleasant and the room was very clean and modern. The only negative was one minor thing, the fruit juices served at breakfast were diluted down to such a degree that the fresh orange tasted like over diluted cordial, it was a mostly water, other than that breakfast was pretty good.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed, the room was a good size and beautifully decorated, the bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was excellent, the food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious and very competitively priced. A really good location, across the road from the arena so it's great if you're seeing a gig there. 5mins walk to the major shopping areas Victoria Quarter and Trinity. My go to place to stay in Leeds.
