「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「Nice to be outside of downtown but only minutes away. It is by the freeway but we were on the other side and didn’t hear it. The staff let us check in early and was accommodating when we had to leave early due to illness. I would definitely come back here. 」

「Hotel was close to everything. Went through or going through an update. Service was good breakfast was good. Only complaint was even though downstairs meetinf area was big and comfortable the hotel dodnt allow using remote to watch the tv that was around the fire place. Huge bummer to have friends hanging out with np access to the tv in the lobby. Would I stay agin. Probably but that was the only issue. 」
