「All the amenities listed on Hotels.com were nonexistent. It was advertised to have an indoor heated swimming pool and full hot breakfast. The hotel did have a swimming pool, but they did not have permits to let guests use the pool nor did they have permits to serve food so there was no food no coffee, not even an ice machine. No coffee pot in room in the room. They didn’t even have cups in the room to pour our own beverage that we had to bring ourselves. 」

「The rooms were very nice and clean. Very spacious. Really enjoyed being able to bring a pet. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location felt very safe. The breakfast there is very good. We really enjoyed the waffle station. The breakfast staff wasn’t as friendly though nor was the housekeeping staff. The hot tub was warm and there was so much chlorine in it that it stung our eyes. The tiles were also very slippery. The pool was very clean though. 」

「The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well tended and had a larger selection. The toaster was too small for the bread, so you had to take it out and put it in upside down to get the whole piece toasted. There was some highway noice, but did not keep us up. 「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again.
