「We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.」

「Lovely old pub, nice friendly staff. We booked the large double which was extremely comfortable, great pillows. The only let down was the cold, it was freezing. Heating wasn't working. This wouldn't put me off staying again, as it's a really nice place」

「Great location, Nice sea view, Feeling of Victorian Architecture inside and outside, comfort stay, they offer two bed rooms for 3 people, great value for the price, parking is no worry, just GBP2.2 to stay more than 24 hours」

「Amazing themed rooms, very clean m with crisp white cotton sheets, and very comfy bed and pillows. Powerful shower and fluffy towels. Breakfast choice was amazing, cooked to order , very hot and tasty. Staff could not have been more helpful, requested more tea and milk sachets, bought to our room with 5 mins and asked if we would prefer fresh milk! Lady serving breakfast was lovely, very helpful and friendly Definitely stay here again 」

「A wonderful country property The Guestling Hall sits high on a hill with beautiful landscape views. Close to Hastings, yet far enough out in the countryside to breathe the fresh air. The rooms have been updated and are comfortable. It’s a wonderful place to hang out and they have a very good dining room open all day long. Chef Jamie has a delicious ever changing menu. It’s a very well run hotel. Worth going to for a nice change of scenery. 」

「A plesant stay in a good location next to the sea. Very clean and well looked after. Didn't bother us but the shower was in the room but a room divider offered some modesty! 」

「Clean hotel, communal areas are lovely and breakfast is great. Our room was not as I’d expected. It was small and was worn with chips in furniture and cold! I asked for extra bedding and this was provided, I was also offered a heater for the room as the radiator was not working. I can’t see how the room could have been described as delux double as it was an attic room and the sloping walls meant a mirror couldn’t be hung above the sink so shaving was difficult. 」

「We stayed in a family room which was clean and close to the beach, with some restaurants around. There is no USB socket in the room so need to bring your own sockets to charge your phones and devices. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was included, with cold and cooked buffet for selection.」
