「Really family friendly. Kids loved it. Waterpark and choice of pools was great. 10yr old absolutely loved kids club and the team there. Evening shows were really great. All restaurants are buffet style, no al a carte ones if you prefer that style. There is an olympic sized pool which meant there where lots of swim clubs there for half term swim camp which meant there was lots of groups of older kids around. They were no bother and well behaved but not something had experienced in other hotels....

「Overall a decent hotel, quite large, and All Inclusive worked well. Good choice of food & drink options throughout the day. Animation team enthusiastic with a fairly reasonable program of activities. Nightly entertainment could be improved with more shows. We were here as the hotel was preparing to close for winter and it felt as though the shutdown was taking place before all the guests had left and the facilities were dwindling by the day! Nevertheless, we enjoyed our holiday and would return...

「Das Hotel mit eleganter Ausstattung liegt sehr schön am Hang und ist im Village Stil gebaut, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Unser Zimmer (bungalow sea view, upper floor) war im hinteren Hotelbereich und hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht von Elounda. Das große Zimmer war angenehm ausgestattet und hatte bequeme Betten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Da das Hotel am Hang liegt, muss man bis zum Meer ein paar Treppen und Steigungen überwinden, das haben wir allerdings...

「We had a lovely holiday here. The kids club was brilliant, the restaurants were excellent quality food in all the restaurants. Other guests we met on holiday who were half board and eating in the dinner buffet each night loved it. Kids were welcome in the buffet with a kids section that is a bit like school dinners to choose from. 「Das Hotel ist super neu. Die Anlage und die Atmosphäre ist mega schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es wurde nach jedem Verlassen der Räumlichkeit geputzt und aufgeräumt. Die Handtücher immer gewechselt. Das private Pool wurde jeden Tag gesäubert und nach dem pH-Wert geschaut. Der Service war top. Nach einem kleinen Unfall wurde uns direkt geholfen und nochmal später extra nachgefragt, ob es uns gut geht ob alles geklappt hat. Mike und Sara in der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit....

「Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant. Good value but not luxury. Live and learn」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful - couldn’t have asked for more. The actual hotel is very clean and well kept. However, it is almost split in half in terms of renovation / comfort - both for the rooms and communal areas. Overall comfortable and nice, but could be better for the price point. The half board buffet was a little disappointing in terms of range / quality, but the restaurant staff were very kind. Would go back, but probably wouldn’t take the half board option next time. 」

「Absolutely stunning and perfect luxury hotel. Has everything you need, the facilities and space look and feel great. Staff is second to none and food was terrific. The highlight is the private beach and perfect view of Spinalonga. 」
