「I was travelling with my nephew and niece, aged 13 & 10 respectively, and stopped over for two nights after touring London. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed. 「員工們非常親切友善，不管櫃台，餐廳,泳池都很友善。 早餐選項多，不過晚餐選項相對少很多。早餐的麵中有一塊玉米筍似乎壞了，其他都不錯。晚餐除了選項少，服務也不如早上好,可能是服務人員較少。兒童座椅多數壞了，經常要換好幾個才能用。 房間備品稍少，可能要另外要，不過我們有自行準備。 兒童遊戲間因為疫情而關閉，稍微失望。 游泳池非常漂亮，也有兒童戲池與戲水區，相當棒。」

「Almost no hot water supply. The sanitary fittings are loosed. The water flow rate is extremely low. The washing machine was not working. Air-con is also not really you can control the temperature. This is the hotel you should try and other 3-star hotel you will find them nice. Extremely disappointed and swear to God will not come back again」
