「I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again...

「We just stayed one night here and everything was fine. It certainly didn’t have bed bugs as reported in another review! It was a bit convoluted finding out the actual location and how to get the key hence 4 stars rather than 5」

「We had a beliw average experience with the property. The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. 」

「Exquisite one bedroom apartment as Maison Privee advertises. The apartment internal design reflects comfort, cleanness and style. Highly recommended to those who would like to drive from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. The location is in the heart of Yas Island, 10 minutes drive to Yas bay, and 5 minutes to Yas Mall.」

「Second time we’ve stayed here, fantastic hotel with kitchen and washing machine. Hotel is ideally situated in an area with shops, restaurants etc all within a short walk. Parking under the hotel is accessed with room card for the barrier, plenty of spaces and lifts can be accessed straight up to your room. Would definitely consider staying here again when we visit Abu Dhabi 」

horrendous attitude and service

"I left a response with the Duty Manager on the horrendous attitude and service of staff at Jose Spanish Restaurant and he said he would get back to me. After few days till after check out there is no response. Keep in mind I’m a Hilton Diamond Member so not sure what non members might get "
