"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet rural setting. You will need to have a car in order to get to it or go anywhere of interest. The building is small but very charming and the staff is extremely helpful. The only negative detail is that the parking lot is not paved, so you will not be able to roll your wheeled luggage from/to the car. Food is delicious"

"We loved our stay here! The staff were all very friendly, the massage therapist was wonderful, and the food at the pub was really good!! Our room was clean and spacious and had a beautiful view. Our only complaint was the cows nearby were really loud throughout the night but it was too warm in the room to not have the window open. Could have benefitted from having a standing fan in the room to help with temp or cover the cow sounds "

"What's not to like about a long tree-lined drive leading to a beautiful Manor house surrounded by green grounds and pastures, with seating. High ceilings with rich wood, beautiful wall paper and draperies will transport you...but the facilities are first rate, very clean and lovingly cared for. The bar and restaurant are very good. The staff is very helpful (thank you Nichole!) and welcoming. It is also very close to town and the National Park. Perfect!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, clean, comfortable and characterful BnB, in a great location an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Warm and friendly customer service. "We stayed here for 6 days and I can honestly say the staff went out of their way to make everything a very pleasant experience . The restaurant food was excellent, the breakfast was good with many choices , the pub served well made drinks and nicely poured pints. Seeing the local deer herd was a bonus. The Muckross Abbey is within walking distance. The jaunting carts do pick ups at the hotel. Killarney center is s stone throw away. I can recommend!! "

"The property and Staff at the Victoria were amazing and accommodating. Before we even checked in, they called to tell us that food service was ending for the day and to see if we wanted anything put aside for our arrival. We were greeted warmly and our rooms were impeccably decorated and maintained. The breakfast had a huge variety of menu options and all we tried were delicious. We will definitely return on our next trip."
