"Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant is open until midnight. The only things I didnt like in the room we stayed in is the electric outlet, most sockets are not usable in the bathroom and the vanity. I had to use the only working outlet in the kitchen to plug the hair dryer. Plus the night is alive in this area where you can hear loud music until past midnight. If you are the night owl type. That'll be ok but if you want to go to bed early please bring your earplugs."

"Top notch!! Wonderful facilities with attentive staff, great food & dining. Location is close to best sights and gives you an early jump before hordes of tourists show up each day. Bit more expensive than other resorts but we definitely feel it is worth it. Hollywood also agrees as they were there filming an upcoming movie release but didn’t inconvenience us at all. "

"Amazing private island with beautiful sunset views. Stayed in beachfront cottage with an incredibly comfortable California King bed, large closet space with a beautiful porch for sunsets. Food was a bit disappointing and restaurant staff not super attentive. Best beach around with clear, warm turquoise waters."

"Beautiful beachfront hotel with a restaurant, spa, and 3 pools. Included breakfast is a buffet and hot made to order food which was delcious. Parts of the buffet changed daily which was nice since we had a longer stay. They also include a free tuktuk ride to downtown which is where tours usually start. "The staff is amazing. Property is clean and the ocean is only 2 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are only minutes away as well. The food is great. The only negative is that they don't have an elevator/lift."

"Front desk service was good. Daily maid service for changing towels or taking trash out wasnt done and later found out its only on request. Bathrooms had a foul oder that wouldn't go away even leaving windows open didn't help."
