「This property had the best breakfast service I have received while on my trip. I did not stay long enough to rate the room makeup service. The rooms are huge. I love that as a big guy. The lobby was impeccably clean and tidy. There were many people on duty to take care of anything you requested. Checking in and checking out went phenomenally well. 「The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. Will definitely come back!」

「10:40到了科隆港口后，几番联系联系不上酒店，在当地buzz餐厅中员工的帮助下，得知机场有工作人员接机。自己打车到机场，找了许久才找到接机的工作人员，安排我们在机场对面的小凉亭里等了20分钟，工作人员再次出现，安排我们上车继续等了一个多小时，在我再三询问下才发车，1:00到达机场，下午4:30才正式到达酒店。在机场感觉自己完全受到了无视，在酒店里跟前台提起自己的经历，得到的回复是，“噢，那可真是遗憾啊，对不起。”仅此而已。总之，这家酒店并没有给我太好的回忆。」

「原本很高期望，但到現場發現，房間內的落地窗，有幾處都有鳥屎沒有清掉，淋浴間的玻璃隔板有嚴重的陳年水垢，感覺清潔度不夠好。不過整體很舒適寬敞，餐廳用餐的氣氛也很好，服務人員相當親切，這裡韓國人很多，一直被誤認成韓國人。這間在一個小坡上，附近沒有可以繞的地方，離機場有一段距離。」

「Wow where do I start. The staff here honestly takes pride in service. It is a small property so Jennifer and staff will probably remember your names. The chef is great and creative. 「Front desk service was good. Daily maid service for changing towels or taking trash out wasnt done and later found out its only on request. Bathrooms had a foul oder that wouldn't go away even leaving windows open didn't help.」
