「Beautiful location, friendly staff, good food and lots of water options. Room we stayed in did have a faulty flusher on the toilet and a bad small on and off but that didn’t matter too much because we were hardly in the room. It’s so beautiful and I would highly recommend!!」

「La photo de la chambre sur le site de réservation ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avons eu, moins moderne. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés avec une chambre au rez de chaussée de celle initialement prévue. Il y avait un serieux souci d'isolation. Nous entendions les personnes de l'étage marchaient sur le plancher bois et ronflaient. Salle de bain vétuste. Heureusement la personne nous accueillant dans ce lieu etait top. La salle de ptit déjeuner a une jolie vue mer.」

「Lovely vacation in las Galeras hotel. Everything went smoothly from day one when we arrived very late in the evening. Staff is very nice and helpful, some of them speak english as well. Breakfast is basic, but tasty. Hotel is clean, rooms are big and it’s very queit during the night time (also air conditioner is quiet - we slept very well). Only minus was the bed, wasn’t that comfortable, and no bottle water included in the room service.」

「Liked stay at El Pelicano but the pool wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. My room was good couldn’t get the safe to work but overall clean. I would try another place next time but overall experience not bad. Beach is walkable not far from the hotel. 」

「The service and personnel were excepcional, but the place is loosing quality for a 5-star hotel. For example, the bathroom we stayed in did not reflect the standard (was repaired with very bad finishing), the TV is old with not-so-good image quality, and both the "a la carte" restaurants were closed during our stay. Soon it could loose the 5-Star rating hotel if changes are not made.」
