「Staff was helpful and friendly. My major issue was with the dining process. The a la carte restaurants, Oriental Fusion, Mediterranean, Latin Fusion, Atlantis can only be booked/reserved once in a 7 day stay. Breakfast, lunch and other dinners are served in El Lago, the buffet restaurant. I walk with a brace on my left leg and use a cane with my right hand, making it difficult to get my food and bring it to the table. No options for a sit down meal.」

「I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The front door attendant was outstanding—he spoke English fluently and was incredibly helpful. He even arranged for us to step off the resort to explore and enjoy some local food, which was a great touch. The entertainment staff truly made the trip special, keeping the vibe fun and lively every day....

「Generally the room was small and the bathroom smaller and old. We thought the price seemed high compared to the places we stayed at in Samana and Las Terrences. We weren’t real impressed with the town of Las Galeras either. 」

「Stay was really amazing. Nice hut in beautiful garden surrounding. The only thing is, that the manager (?) is not at the site, and other personnel did not speak english. But via WhatsApp, the manager was reachable and gave helpful tipps for activities.」

「Loved the ambience. Breakfasts were delicious and served in such an appetizing and beautiful manner. Location great. Easy walk to the beach. Friendly staff. Charming and very different. Shower really cool --- water came out of a rock like a waterfall. And really good hot water. Would recommend if you are in the area!」

「Front desk personal that receive me without a name tag was a pregnant lady was very rude and unprofessional also treated me the guest with no respect putting in doubt the who I was and other thing , but thankfully they other front desk girl a very polite and nice and sweet young girl was able to take care of me and my husband. 」
