「Great staff! Very kind and friendly !」

「I thought it was a very clean nice property but first impression was a disgruntled staff member who was rude. We asked for recommendations she didn’t even offer help. She said she didn’t know. It was my son’s bday and she didn’t even say happy bday. Not that she had to but just want to make her disposition clear. She shouldn’t work in hospitality. The day we checked out, those lady’s were super friendly! The room was clean, the hotel had a bad smell to it. 」

「Nothing to like. No heat worked during the night. The next morning trying to take a warm shower the water flooded under the wall and out in to the room and all over the floor. I told the desk and they didn't seem to care. So I said I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay and get my money back. I wouldn't stay there again, ever.」

「The stay was good but the place burned to the ground on the June 13 2022. We have reached out to the owners/ management about compensation for personal effects destroyed but have heard nothing back. 」

「Hale House is a very charming B&B, the owners were very nice, it was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful!」
