I was quite surprised that Margaritaville didn’t have many options for margaritas. Only 3 tequilas and we got a pitcher of margaritas but only because it was a new person and they didn’t realize we couldn’t. Do better… and I googled casino with no smoking… and clearly you allow smoking. Do better

The rooms were decorated very nice. My only complaint were the pillows on the bed. They were too large and caused back pain. I would definitely stay here again and avoid sleeping on the pillows.

This this was a very nice place to stay for our getaway. The room was very clean and had everything that I needed. The only staff that I had to deal with was the front check-in lady and she was very nice. The only problem was there are not any affordable places or things to eat.

This resort is beautiful. The room was clean and smelled amazing. The only thing that made this not a perfect stay was the construction noise we woke up to. We stayed the evening to rest from a long travel day and woke up to early morning jack hammering and the whole room vibrating.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms and most of the hotel have been recently renovated which was done very tastefully. The rooms were warm and inviting. We also enjoyed the pool which had great poolside service. The area around the hotel looked like it was once very cool but is now rundown. The casino was small and the pool closes early for kids but overall the hotel stay was very nice and I would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Shreveport.

The pool is ridicoulously small for a hotel of that size. It was a hot day and there was zero relaxing. There were about 20 kids in the pool and about 25 adults and there was not one spot to just sit and cool off. Margaritaville is a vibe/way of life and a resort like that should have THE BEST pool or biggest pool in the area. But its the smallest. Sad. We wont ever stay there in the summer again. Maybe in rhe winter but definitely charge too much for those rooms without better resort ammenities.
