"The check clerk was efficient and quite friendly. My room was very comfortable, especially the pillows ! The bathroom was a bit dirty with a broken tub drain and a moldy vent. "

"The property appears to have been recently renovated. The building houses other businesses, including a nightclub that provided pounding bass through the walls late into the night. The hotel is in the middle of a mix of warehouses and residential, and there is no food within walking, or even an inexpensive car service, distance. "

"The Nova Hotel exceeded our expectations. Located in a quiet area just a 3-minute walk from the tube station. The staff made our experience exceptional, particularly Sam who welcomed us at check-in and was very helpful and professional. Our room was spacious and clean. The value was outstanding considering New York and Brooklyn's typically high accommodation prices. We would definitely choose Nova Hotel again for future visits to New York."

"I liked that the hotel is new. It's in good condition. The rooms are clean, but very small. It works for 2 people, but not more than 2. The bathroom and shower lack storage. There is no where to put shower accessories. The neighborhood is developing. "
