"Would say that this is a fine place to stay. Room was small but fine. Balcony but nothing to sit on. The room was not swept well so some debris on the floor which was also true of the halls. The mice traps around the hallways also didn’t set a great tone. I think they are just opening so time will tell. "

"Front desk & housekeeping staff were great, answered any questions I had and fulfilled any housekeeping requests I needed. Room was modern and tidy when checking in with convenient access to the J train a very short walk away. Would definitely book here again for any Brooklyn trips."

"There was something involving water that kept cycling on and off over and over again during my stay. The front desk said there was nothing they could do because there was no one there to look at the problem. It was miserable and I got no sleep. "
