「Lovely staff and restaurant. Food and service in the restaurant was fabulous. The leisure area was lovely although half the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The walkways at night from the spa area need to be lit up as it was quite dangerous. Room was comfortable. Some shared areas look like they need refurbishment. 」

「The room was clean and warm but dated. The shower was poor due to mixer tap heat control. Overlooked unkempt garden. Only met one staff member who was nice and polite.」

「I was travelling my motorbike and they very kindly let me park in an enclosed yard at the back. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the public areas and the room were clean and modern. Food in the evening was good and great value, the bar had a good atmosphere with locals and guests. Room included a nice continental breakfast. I would happily stay here again. 」

「Difficult one to award stars. The hotel itself, appearance and setting is fantastic. The service and quality of food was exceptional as was the value for money. The one thing that was a huge disappointment was the room. We stayed in room 12. The bed, I think, was installed when the hotel was built, it was so uncomfortable that neither of us slept for more than a couple of hours. 「This was our second time staying at the Crown Hotel. We very much enjoy staying here. It’s super easy to access other parts of Northern Wales from her, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff very accommodating. The room was great too.」

「A very well thought of hotel,lovely room with separate bath and walk in shower exceptionally clean,will definitely stay here again,was no reception or anyone greeting you but this did not bother me,and there was a free car parking permit in the room which you would not get anywhere else where there is no hotel car park」

「Our stay was fabulous. The food is 12/10 We had our dog with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house. Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time 」

「The family room was good and comfortable with such reasonable price. it was feeling free to stay here as most of the thing were self served, such as breskfast and using the kitchen to cook! The city was beautiful and we enjoy stay here very much.」

「We stayed at Bron Y Graig for just one night during a sports weekend. It’s a beautiful and comfortable guest house with stunning views. We enjoyed chilling out in the bar room playing games and chatting. I adore William Morris print so the decor at Bron Y Graig brought me so much joy! Sadly, we had to leave before breakfast which was such a shame because the smells coming out from the kitchen were delicious!」
