「We really enjoyed our stay, from booking to checkout the staff were attentive and helpful. I phoned to request a walk in shower for my elderly nan in 1 room and they sorted it straight away, also making sure we were in rooms next to each other. The bar was lovely, breakfast even better and the rooms had everything you could ask for, nothing had been left out with a lovely view on top. It was walkable to everything and we had a lovely stay. 「Lovely hotel, some rooms are excellent and exceeded expectations, spa facilities, main hall, library, bar and restaurant are beautifully renovated, and we were allocated room no.17, sympathetically decorated in keeping with the character of the Hall, the bathroom was very modern and clean. Spa was great, pool sauna, steam room very nice too. We had an issue with the TV and staff did all they could to fix the problem, even brought in another TV and we could use apps more easily. 「All staff were very welcoming on arrival, my room was spotless and very comfy. Plenty of room and a beautiful view. I was here with my dog Coco and they made her very comfortable and fussed her lots. Reservation in the pub was easy and again at dinner the dog had a blanket and water bowl. All the staff were very friendly and made the stay a lot easier by being helpful with local knowledge. Myself and Coco will be back again soon. 」

Room was clean and neat, we were alocated an accessible room which we did not need, the shower gel was under the shower head which could not be moved so the gel was washed away before you could get your hand away.
