"I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed."

A wonderfully clean, comfy and convenient stay.
"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again."
