"A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly."

"I stay in Cambs often and like this hotel as the studio rooms allow me to be more flexible. The room is clean on arrival, with lovely linen and a comfy bed. That said I have noticed maintenance issues across several rooms with bathroom sinks that do not drain and heating (or lack there of) and appliances ..."

lack of soundproofing is an issue

"The location is great and very convenient. However, the lack of soundproofing is an issue—you can hear every movement from the floor above. Improved soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable."
