"We had a lovely 3 night stay at Oulton Hall hotel. It was our first trip away with our dog. The staff were brilliant and so helpful, and there’s lovely grounds to walk the dog in. We also appreciated that there was a lovely bed for him in our room and food bowl. I would definitely choose to stay here again. "

"This hotel is convenient for the city centre and from the train station. The room was comfortable. A couple of the towels were very worn and the area under the sink hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. "

"Property is conveniently situated. Rooms are small and a bit grim and dimly lit. The building is lovely but interior design leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is grey and looks drab. Trying to get an early morning shower was impossible. Water pressure at a trickle. We did complain and management adjusted our bill accordingly but Radisson need to sort this problem urgently and install booster pumps. There are better hotels to stay at. "

"The room was large and the beds were so comfy. The shower was touchy, moving it slight caused it to be extremely hot or extremely cold. I enjoyed the restaurant on site, delicious food, good stocked bar."
