「The hotel is located above a pub in Hackney Central. The pub closes at 11 p.m. and I never had a problem with noise. The room was small but had a very comfortable bed. The water pressure and temperature were excellent (and I was on the 3rd of 4 floors). All staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the area - real people, no pretensions, and very few "chain" shops. It's a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to the Hackney Central overground train station.」

"We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help."
