「Central location. Room was run down. Bathroom renovated. Noise insulation in window good between rooms and to hall poor. Old mattress. No air condition. Breakfast extremely basic (sweet continental).」

「The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.」

「地點一流，在市中心，可步行到很多景點，附近亦有巴士和輕鐵站。前枱服務員亦很有禮。房間整潔。但酒店沒有冷氣，開窗後空氣仍然不流通。而且街道很嘈吵。窗口太大，開窗後不能關上窗簾，早上會被陽光照醒。希望房間能提供足夠的沖涼液。」

「Booked a "triple" room as we had our son along on this trip. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Having the option for us all to stay together rather than having to book an additional room was great. The room was just right for the three of us. 」

「J'ai l'habitude d'aller dans cet hôtel et n'ai jamais été déçu, sauf cette fois, où il faisait un froid glacial dans la chambre, sans possibilité de mettre le chauffage. Je veux bien qu'on fasse des économies d'énergie et qu'on soit éco-responsables, mais on ne vient pas non plus à l'hôtel pour tomber malade !」
