「Wow! Where to start..? What a stunning place to stay! I wish we had stayed longer! The welcome was lovely our room was amazing! Absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was so good, typically Scottish & a real treat! We went to the sea at Lunan Bay which is literally a 5min drive past the property - this area was gorgeous. Huge sand dunes but a beautiful stretch of beach, peaceful and calm. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended. Thank you for looking after us so well. 」

「Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+」

「Super stay with truly amazing views. Whilst a steep walk down to the beach and back from the property it was well worth the effort as a fantastic beach. 「The hotel is easy to find with plenty of parking. Check in was quick and the girl who showed me to the room was very polite and friendly. The room is big enough for what I needed, although maybe a little dated and the only thing I would really say that was a negative is the room was cold. 「Really relaxing stay - the hotel is in a stunning Glen on the edge of the Caingorms with spectacular scenery. The staff were really helpful (all of them) and my evening dinner was great. 「I loved the Ship Inn. The staff were very helpful. The room was perfect for what I was looking for. It was walkable from the train station. It was convenient to walk to Dunnottar Castle. I went out early to run and felt safe. The locals were friendly. Lots of cute little restaurants and cafes. The Ship Inn restaurant was very good. I would stay again.」

「Nice friendly indepedant guest house. Some rooms are non ensuite. I've used both ensuite and non ensuite and no issues Good value for money, friendly and a good breakfast. 「Although only 10 minutes from Stonehaven it was ideally situated in the beautiful Kincardine countryside. Room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was whatever you wanted and the bonus for us was that the plum tree in the garden was groaning with fruit. Owner picked some delicious plums for us. If we're back in the area well certainly consider Crawfield Grange as the #1 place to stay. 」
