「Great hosts, beautiful location. The accommodation is a fantastic conversion and the rooms are very nice. Free Breakfast is handy if you want something quick or if you’re willing to go spend some money in the cafe I’d recommend it as the food and atmosphere is lovely.」

「Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+」

「2nd time I have stayed here and I was not disappointed again. Staff are very friendly and helpful and quickly addressed a couple of minor issues with thermostat and the safe I had found after checkin. Rooms are modern, clean and decent size, bed was comfortable. Nice cooked breakfast available to order and a comfy lounge bar to wind down in before bed. 「Reception wasn’t very welcoming but that was sorted. Restaurant offerings are either a very expensive fine dining experience or a poor quality pub grub with very limited menu. Generally staff very helpful location very good and excellent potential but missing something 」

「The hotel is too old, size of the room fine, but the washroom is not good enough. The bathtub is slippery and I slipped and hurt my head when I get into the bathtub. Besides, the floor in the bathroom is slippery too. The window in 4/F, half of the window is covered by concrete, the building decoration, no window view. The window in 2/F is fine. 「Lovely big modern room with brilliant views of V&A museum and River Tay. Very comfy bed and friendly staff. Very convenient for shopping and restaurants and next door to railway station. Would always book here when visiting Dundee.」
