「I stayed in 2 different rooms on my first day. The first room had a broken t.v. that kept going on and off with the picture. I was moved to a second room. The shower door was broken and would not slide. There was no shower head in the shower and no temperature control, so the water was just cold. The business around the hotel close early. 」

「Good hotel near bus station. Lovely staff, very helpful. Restaurant wasnt open so they suggested delivery. Very clean and safe rooms. No English speaking tv and no hot water, didnt bother us at all. Breakfast was simple but again staff were lovely. The hotel organised a driver and car for us to go yo cartagena. Excellent service. 」

「Did not appreciate that the room was not available at the time of check in 3pm and that there was remodeling on the top floor, restaurant by the pool. The place is clean and the staff is great. 」

「If you are wanting to walk to the Malecon this place is great! We walked every there (except to the Window to the world) just make sure you use high traffic roads and you will be fine. Great, place to stay, great staff, friendly and cool neat places around to visit while staying in a small economical place. Highly recommended. 」
