「I stayed due to my work truck being in the shop, I stayed 2 days and really enjoyed it! The hotel is clean and quiet, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast selection was good but not really to my liking, there is a gas station, IHop, McD's, and other places nearby to get food. There is a Kohl's within feet of the hotel if you need anything as well. I was at peace & felt safe during my stay and would be happy to stay again if in the area.」

「Right across from Legoland, the area is a bit rundown in between the tourististy stuff. Hardly any grass to walk dogs. There is very little parking at this location!!! But I love this motel, great in any state for pets of all sizes, clean and really good breakfast options.」

「We first looked at the Motel across the street. It was terrible! Lake Roy was a nice clean facility the staff was very friendly, the only thing was we had to stay in a upstairs room and im handicap. They do not offer an elevator! Over all it was good ! 」

「The alarm clock woke me at 6am, that should have been disabled prior to new customer. Shower floods the room, i used all my towels to sop it up. Front desk had someone deliver new clean towels but they left the soaked ones behind. 」

「What would I say? I love this place. Very clean and very quiet. They have a kitchenette inside you can definitely cook and make your own meal no need to eat out.The Bed is very comfortable. Its been a year since I started coming here and here I am still loving this place. The price is better than anyone else. Owners are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for those who want a cheap but comfortable stay. 」
