「The hotel service line wouldn't allow me to reserve a cot for our room and told me to book it through Expedia. Expedia online service called the hotel and reserved it for us and told me no charge. The hotel staff wanted to charge us extra, but they did honor the agreement. This could have all been resolved a lot easier if the hotel service line had just helped us from the beginning.」
