"This hotel was not so easy to book probably due to its prime location in the shopping area with Big City Shopping Centre nearby. Overall the room was clean and tidy except that the quilt was found contaminated with a dirty mark of 4 to 5 inches square. After raising the case to the hotel staff, the whole quilt with cover was immediately replaced. We checked-in at the reception around 15 minutes earlier than the official time, the staff asked us to wait without giving reason. We preferred to take some food outside. After that, it seemed that our room was upgraded to a very high floor with tranquility and street view. Breakfast variety has much to choose from."
