The staff are quite nice but they don’t have what is needed to deliver a great service.
Check in was poor. They couldn’t find my prepaid booking so I was automatically expected to pay again. I insisted so they had to call the boss to confirm I had paid.
There’s no WIFI to be honest!!! If your WiFi can’t even last a minute then stop deceiving your customers. I had so much work to do but was let down.
For a hotel in GRA I was disappointed. The hotel has a lot of potential but it was obvious management aren’t interested in attention to detail.
