「Room size is perfectly adequate. Bed is comfortable. Laundry was crisp and clean. Staff were polite. Room amenities are ideal for an extended stay. Central location is unbeatable. Everything you might need is within walking distance. Breakfast served was of decent quality, although I was l underwhelmed with the selection. Absence of an egg station and/or bacon. Nice pool area for families, but not enough for laps/workout. Gym was adequately equipped.」

「Happy with my stay. 4 star hotel with 5 star vibes. Great service. Free breakfast, foods were OK (mostly Filipino foods). Free shuttle to airport. Nice comfortable bed and room also with enough space. The place accessible to city center by short distance by car. Have some good restaurants and bar outside hotel. 」

「You won't know if it's the hotel because the signage is a little confusing, at least for me. The room was clean and receptionist was nice. You have to ask for towels in the front desk since they don't put it in the room for your arrival. AC works well tho the remote gave us a hard time. Additional 250 pesos for extra person is a reasonable price since it already comes with extra bed and beddings. Luckily our room has a Prime Video subscription so me & my friends enjoyed watching while waiting...

「Upon checking in, the staff was pretty nice and accommodating. He showed us our room, seemed clean. We were tired so we didn’t mind how rundown the room is cause we were only staying there for one night after all, just ordered food so we can watch our show. Problem #1 was the food we ordered, Chicken Cordon Bleu was very raw. The staff was glad enough to take it back to cook it properly, though. Problem #2 was while watching our show, we saw a mouse come through above the AC unit. We just...

「Stay in this hotel if you want to live in a isolated place where quite, NO TELEVISION, NO TELEPHONE, NO FRIDGE, NO WATER, NO FOOD, Wifi v.poor signal. This is the first hotel that I ever stay in so many countries which no complimentary AND no convenient store nearby. The resort is huge where you need to take a shuttle bus to room, restaurent for breakfast. Only three choice of breakfast when book from Hotel.com. This is a State owned hotel so do not expect much. Very unpresent stay :(」
