「Convenient,elevator is working」

「I have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times and it is great. Service is amazing - check in is a breeze (they actually had everything ready for my arrival). They usually have something special in the room to welcome you - this time was two beautiful breads different flavors that were delicious. We did choose this hotel based on the covered parking - I have a pick up truck and had items in the back however I arrived at a busy time (Friday night at dinner time) so there was no covered parking...

「Customer service and other staff are polite, accommodating, respectful, and well mannered.」

「The front desk was amazing, they were prompt and friendly despite my quick requests (due to an unforeseen circumstance) The hotel offers a lot of amenities, and it takes a while to get used to the floor plan, but i think it adds charm to the place. Complimentary breakfast service was also great! Overall great experience.」

「Very nice hotel people and the staff are very friendly. Yes, I would stay here again」

「Upon checking in, the staff was pretty nice and accommodating. He showed us our room, seemed clean. We were tired so we didn’t mind how rundown the room is cause we were only staying there for one night after all, just ordered food so we can watch our show. Problem #1 was the food we ordered, Chicken Cordon Bleu was very raw. The staff was glad enough to take it back to cook it properly, though. Problem #2 was while watching our show, we saw a mouse come through above the AC unit. We just...
