「El apartamento para 5 personas que nos tocó fue una pasada. Muy amplio y con cocina y muebles nuevos. Tenía cafetera, microondas y lavavajillas. Te dejan un kit de bienvenida para la cocina( estropajo, lavavajillas, desengrasante, balleta y pastillas para el lavavajillas. Tenia 2 habitaciones, una con una cama de 90 y otra con dos camas juntas de 90. También, 3 aires acondicionado(salón y las 2 habitaciones). La verdad que volveria al mismo sitio y aparatamento. El mio era el 209. Me encantó....

「The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always easily accessible and responsive. The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 . It’s in the heart of the cultural district and 4-6 minutes from the Cathedral, Alcázar palace, Girardo tower. Excellent restaurant choices around and a 15 minute walk to Plaza Espana. There is a 24 hr parking garage nearby. Loved this place and plan to stay there again.」

「Apartments were spacious and better than I imagined. The bathroom was slightly dirty, with a lot of mould and damage in the shower specifically. The beds were comfy, although the pillows were a bit flat. The apartments are in a great location which is around a 30 minute walk to the main attractions.」

It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. "The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."

Hotel with potential to be truly 5*

"Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too..."
