「The hotel is located in a residential area, closer to all the local attractions. The front desk staff Sandra was very helpful. They arranged for the taxi to go to the bus station. The welcome goodies were nice.」

「If you have a car, this will be a good place to stay as there are so many place to park the car. If you did not rent a car, it will be quite difficult to go back to this hotel. There are only 2 bus routes C1 & C2 that can go to this hotel and many local people do not know where are the bus stop. As it is far away from the town centre, you cannot walk to there. So, no car will be a problem if you want to stay here. It will be quite inconvenient.」

「La struttura è comoda da raggiungere e molto pulita. Il personale non parla inglese ed è piuttosto di poche parole. La stanza era piccola e senza armadi o posti dove appoggiare le cose. I letti sono molto comodi. Non c’era neanche una coperta aggiuntiva. Ho dovuto chiuderla, come anche l’asciugacapelli. Va bene per trascorrere un paio di notti. 」

「We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...
