The front desk people were nice/friendly/helpful when they were there but the desk was often not staffed so if you're looking for front-desk service all the time, this won't meet your needs. I believe they have a phone number you can call (or use WhatsApp) that is available 24/7. It's an online self-check-in with codes provided to you for the front-door and your room. They don't have a dining-room but offered breakfast delivered to your room....
