"Great Onsen hotel in the heart of the town, just one station away from Kyoto station, really great location for those who cannot afford the time to travel far for Onsen hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy, great service, and I really like the private baths that I can share with my family instead of strangers in public bath, and the wait was reasonable. The breakfast was good, more Japanese style options which are what we wanted. The Kaiseki dinner was good, though I had more delicious ones...

"I believe for the price that I paid for this hotel it could have been better. You cannot open the window for fresh air and cannot control the air-conditioning. You are responsible for making your bed, changing your towels and throwing out rubbish. Additionally it is a 12 minute walk to the train."
