「全世界 Noveltel 中最爛的服務，到 Krakow 的目的主要是來看 Authwizet 集中營，它是波蘭排名第一，也是全歐洲排名前五名的熱門觀光景點。因有參觀人數限制，網站討論區的綱友流傳散客均是透過當地飯店報名，因此在網站六個月預定機'票及此飯店時，即要求此飯店預定，並獲得飯店同意要求將參觀人員資料寄上，後來卻收到來信，必須參加飯店 tour 才能獲得名額，他們沒幫顧客買票或預定的服務，一個月前自己上網才得知自己都可上綱預定， 但因為適逢猶太人的大節日期間，名額己滿，害我'們四人白白花機票飯店從臺灣到此，什麼都沒看到，真是可惡之致，這就是Noveltel 的服務？及波蘭人的冷漠！」
