「The hotel room costed about 250€ for 2 days sea-views on weekdays in October at the low season period. That is not worth it personally. Although, the hotel was not full but they assigned us for a room at the ended right-handed side from the hotel, which people can have a half sea-view only. 」

「Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us....

「Really family friendly. Kids loved it. Waterpark and choice of pools was great. 10yr old absolutely loved kids club and the team there. Evening shows were really great. All restaurants are buffet style, no al a carte ones if you prefer that style. There is an olympic sized pool which meant there where lots of swim clubs there for half term swim camp which meant there was lots of groups of older kids around. They were no bother and well behaved but not something had experienced in other hotels....

「Das Hotel ist super neu. Die Anlage und die Atmosphäre ist mega schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es wurde nach jedem Verlassen der Räumlichkeit geputzt und aufgeräumt. Die Handtücher immer gewechselt. Das private Pool wurde jeden Tag gesäubert und nach dem pH-Wert geschaut. Der Service war top. However, it is almost split in half in terms of renovation / comfort - both for the rooms and communal areas. Overall comfortable and nice, but could be better for the price point.
