「The staff didn't say the car park need pay the fee, but they charged actually. And the room was quite noisy!」

「Safe and great location. I stayed here prior to a hospital stay at The Alfred. Very clean, spacious rooms. Complimentary coffee pods and range of tea available. Staff very friendly. The 24/7 reception very handy. Parking on site also convenient (pricey at $45 a night however room cost was great at $130 a night). Only improvement would be the pillows. They were way too high. 」

「Nice & new hotel. Free street parking spaces just outside hotel are quite popular during weekends, though a few other spaces may be found in nearby streets.」

「I as quite stressed after trying to return a rental car in the city, so when I arrived and there was parking out front was great! Other reviewers mentioned rooms not being ready I was concerned as I was a little early. Fortunately fro me it was ready, clean and quiet. Lots of extras and a large TV. The girl that checked me in was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay the Uber fares to and fro forms he CBD were reasonable and I will stay there again. Satisfied customer!」

「first of all, the sink is quite hard to use, the tap is too close to the edge that water split everywhere. and there was no house keeping even we asked the lady to help and she said ok to come clean our room later. the worst thing is that, it was super noisy during night, we couldn’t sleep for whole night! there was a club or something nearby and the music does not stop till morning! we stayed up all night… the good thing is bed is soft and good to lay on. and hotel is very near southern cross...

「There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.」

「飯店的位置很方便, 室內空間寬敞且傢電齊全, 洗衣機及洗碗機都有提供洗衣粉等等, 有任何需要都可以再跟飯店人員聯絡. 整體我是非常喜歡！ 只是有幾個缺點如下: 我們是選有包打掃的房租, 但有時候沒有舖床或補備品, 2間浴室其中一間的抽風機應該是壞掉, 有反應給飯店但可能沒辦法馬上修理, 浴室洗澡的水量相對較小, 但還可以接受. 我會推薦來墨爾本玩的朋友來住的 我自己如果再來墨爾本來也會再來住的」
