「To be fair, I didnt expect much but it was a very very very good stays. One of the best I had for a business trip. The reception allowed me to do an early check in, Elvira has been fantastic bringing me lots of water everyday. The location is decent. Everyone was super friendly and the price quality ratio was super super good. Recommended and will come again. 」

「There are 2 main staff, the night shift staff was so rude snd not cooperating. The safe did not work in 3 rooms so we gad to carry our valuables all the time everywhere. The cleaning is a big issue, they do not change sheets till you ask for it. The floor is dirty and the buffet area smells bad all the time. We spent the first night in a lower class room than what we paid for. No extra pillows and no hot water kettle so we had to buy one on the first night. Although we paid extra when we booked...

「The stay was very bad 1- Air conditioner is not working well 2- They gave us a room which is not ours 3- no Kettle 4- fridge is not working and smells disgusting 5- the bed had terrible springs and was very noisy and uncomfortable at all 6- No one asks for cleaning, laundry or even changing the towels」

「Hotel was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was delicious, and location in the center. Lots of delicious restaurants and small caffe’s around that hotel, and it’s in very quiet area. It’s very safe, we saw nice dressed people walking after midnight Elmler Academy metro (subway) station in walking distance. We definitely will return to same hotel.」
