「Arrived at the Convivial on 8/29/2024. A sign said to call a cell phone, no one around. Not a good start for a place named "convivial". Someone came down and showed us a room with stained carpets, stained curtains, stained towels, dark bathroom that wasn't clean. Carpeted stairs had stains. The carpets everywhere looked worn and not vacuumed. The doors to the rooms were plain wooden doors you might have in your house. One of them had a crack in it that you could see light come through. 「Loved our stay at Kalavrita Canyon Resort and Spa. We were pleasantly surprised on our mountain drive up to Kalavrita as there is stunning scenery along the switchbacks. The hotel staff are exceptional; the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The decor of the hotel is very eclectic and interesting. There’s a sweet courtyard in the rear and pool. Underground and street parking available. Walking distance to historic sites and village shops/restaurants.」
