「This is an extraordinary hotel, a colourful and unique oasis in the middle of bustling kochi. The rooms were beautiful and large and cool with a hot shower and comfortable beds. The pool and communal areas were also gorgeous and tranquil. Breakfast was fine, a good selection. Staff were great also. The afternoon snacks were delightful and a really appreciated extra. 「フェリーターミナルから歩いてすぐです。雰囲気のある建物でお部屋も広くて居心地抜群でした。深夜にちょっとしたことで怪我をしてしまい、シーツを汚してしまったのですが、オーナーさんはすぐに病院に行くことをすすめてくれて、ためらう私に｢お金の心配はいらない｣と背中を押してくれました。スタッフさんが付きっきりで案内してくれて結局2日間通院することになったのですが、ホテルの近くに政府が運営してる病院があってすぐに対応してくれたので、本当に助かりました。オーナーさんだけではなく、スタッフ全員が体調を気遣ってくれて、ホテルに泊まってこんなに優しくされたのは初めてなので、心から感激しました。このホテルの素晴らしいところはオーナーさんとスタッフ全員の、きめ細かい心配りにあると思います設備が多少古くなっているものの、使用に問題はありません。昔の貴族の館に滞在しているようなゆったりした雰囲気と家族のように温かい接客を、リーズナブルに楽しみたい方にはおすすめのホテルです。」

「This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. There are some nice touches to take advantage of such as high tea at 5pm each day followed by a guided tour of the harbour on the hotel’s very nice boat. 「Great Stay, do think they need to Europeanise some of their breakfast items, Love curry but Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner gets a bit too spicy for me. Friendly staff, great Massage organised by hotel. Pool area could do with bit of TLC and more sun loungers. The room was superb and comfortable big bed. They have the potential to really ramp this up, so not being critical just constructive.」
