「Staff was hospitable but dining was not upto the mark. Food is extremely overpriced and is very average in taste. However, location of the property is very convinient.」

「There was no heat even though the temperature was below 50 degree Fahrenheit. The shower did not work and the food for breakfast had run out. Our rooms had absolutely no windows or sunlight. Badly needs renovation. Most importantly it’s being run with skimpy staff and so no one answered the telephones or took care of you. Sad because bones of property are great. 」

「We couldn't recommend Jungle Hut more! From the moment we were arrived til the moment we left, we were treated so well by all the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us with everything we needed, and were so helpful and friendly. The place itself is amazing.....such an idyllic setting at the foothills of a beautiful mountain in the middle of a jungle! Relaxing in the pool while looking at the views was so nice! The accommodations are so clean, and well maintained, and eco friendly...

「When I checked in the room had prior guest’s trash and the bed and bathroom smelled terrible. The couch had blood stains. Gave my laundry to be cleaned and it came back stinking like urine. The food was also bad.」

「I generally do not write reviews! But this one forced me to... Went as a couple to stay at the property (La Montana) for 2 days. We checked out 5 days ago when writing this review. The wifi did not work until we left, the television never worked always giving error that payment due. When we went to eat breakfast we been asked to leave because it was very close to "closing" time . Very rude staffs. Bathroom stinks - no proper showerhead or hot water. Staff had to come 3 times to fix our...

「Reception struggled to find our reservation at check in. Room was basic, Very hard double bed. Kettle and a jug of water was supplied at check in, no further water given and room does not get made up. We were in the main building annexe and it obviously had not been used for some time, smelt and felt damp. I know we are in the mountains and should expect lower temperatures. We were told hot water would only be available 7-10 both mornings and evenings but we had to ring reception several times...
